He holds a degree in Business Administration with a Master’s in Corporate Finance and is currently pursuing an Executive MBA. He possesses deep expertise as a licensing and software analysis specialist and has worked in digital solutions implementation and project management. Magnús has also worked as a financial consultant, providing advice on investments and financial management. He has overseen investments, budgeting, and real estate acquisitions.
Mariusz Zembrowski

Mariusz is a business graduate with a master's degree in auditing and a certified accountant. He has extensive experience as an audit assistant, where he has worked on diverse projects and gained in-depth knowledge of auditing processes and financial reporting. Additionally, Mariusz has worked as a chief accountant, overseeing accounting and financial management in various business environments. With this comprehensive experience, he has developed strong skills in both auditing and accounting.
Marta Dominika Józwiak

Marta has a strong background in Balkan studies and holds two master's degrees – one in business administration and another in innovation management. She specializes in process management and human resources and oversees recruitment services. Marta is known for her keen eye for detail, ensuring precision and efficiency in her projects. Additionally, she has worked as a sustainability coordinator, where she developed and implemented sustainability strategies, focusing on environmentally friendly solutions and improving sustainability in the workplace.
